Images submitted for moderation

We process submitted images only in memory for the duration of inference and do not store them on disk. We log only technical metadata (timestamp, assessment result, file size), which do not allow the image to be reconstructed. With respect to this data we act as a processor on behalf of the Client (the controller).

Account and billing data

With respect to account data we are the controller. We process: the email address (login, communication), invoicing data (name, address, NIP), API usage metadata. The basis is performance of the contract and legal obligations (including accounting). Invoices and billing data we keep for the period required by law.

Payments

Payments are handled by the operator Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.), which, as a separate controller, processes the data necessary to carry out the transaction. We do not store card data.

Location and entrustment

Data is processed on infrastructure in the EU. In the self-host variant data does not leave the Client's infrastructure. Clients who entrust processing to us should sign the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of data, as well as to object and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (PUODO). Contact: kontakt@modwall.dev.

Cookies

We use files necessary for the operation of the session and login. We do not use advertising tracking.
