Frequently asked questions

What exactly do the models detect?

Images: NSFW (nudity / adult content), weapons (handguns, rifles, knives in hand; 99% precision at the block threshold on our validation set) and violence/gore (beta). You enable and tune each category separately, per profile — all included in your plan. We don't detect offensive gestures or symbols. Text: toxicity (insults, threats, hate speech), in Polish too. Need other categories? Get in touch — we tell you plainly what we can and can't do.

What happens if I exceed the limit?

Further requests return code 402 until the end of the month or until you upgrade your plan — nothing is billed "silently" over your limit.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, instantly in the dashboard. A paid plan = a one-time charge granting access for about 30 days; we send an email reminder before the period ends.

Will I get a VAT invoice?

Yes. First we issue a pro forma invoice, and once your payment clears — a VAT invoice (23%). You set your billing details in the Dashboard.

Does modwall decide for me?

No. It's an assistive tool — we return a score and automate repetitive cases, but the final decision and responsibility remain yours. CSAM material is outside the scope of the service.

How do I start risk-free?

Turn on monitor mode — modwall only observes your traffic and shows what it would flag, without blocking anything. Zero changes for your users, a full picture for you.
